This policy describes how AdrianPCMaster Sàrl collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data in connection with use of applicationsweb.ch and associated services.
It complies with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), in force since 1 September 2023, and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors residing in the European Union.

AdrianPCMaster Sàrl has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as its processing volume does not legally require it. All data requests are handled directly by management.
2. Personal data collected
We collect only data strictly necessary for the purposes described below.
2.1 Via the contact / quote request form
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Status (individual, self-employed, SME, etc.)
- Project type, approximate budget, desired timeline
- Existing site URL (if any)
- Desired features
- Free message content
- Contact preference (email or phone)
2.2 Upon contracting a service
If you become a Client, we additionally collect:
- Billing postal address
- UID / VAT number (business clients)
- Bank or IBAN details (for any refunds)
- Project-related correspondence (emails, meeting minutes)
- Documents and technical access needed for the service
2.3 Automatic technical data
- IP address (anonymised after 7 days in logs)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited, visit duration (if analytics enabled, with consent)
- Cookies (see Cookie Policy)

Your data is never sold and shared only with strictly necessary parties:

All our processors are bound by contracts ensuring confidentiality and data security.
5. Transfers outside Switzerland
Your data is stored and processed exclusively in Switzerland, in Infomaniak's certified datacenters. No transfer to third countries occurs in normal processing.
If a service with EU servers is occasionally used (e.g. Stripe for international payments), the transfer is framed by the guarantees provided in art. 16 nFADP and art. 45-47 GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under nFADP (art. 25-32) and GDPR (art. 15-22), you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is processed, and receive a copy
- Right of rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Right of erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
- Right of restriction: request suspension of processing in certain cases
- Right of objection: object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation
- Right of portability (GDPR only): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect
- Right to give directives on the fate of your data after death (GDPR)
To exercise these rights, send your request to contact@applicationsweb.ch with proof of identity. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
7. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures:
- HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encrypted connection across the site
- Hosting on Swiss infrastructure certified ISO 27001 and ISO 14001
- Encrypted automatic backups
- Strong authentication for admin access (2FA)
- Data access restricted to authorised persons
- Continuous cybersecurity training
- Documented incident response plan

9. Minors
The site applicationsweb.ch is not intended for minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data on minors without consent of their legal representatives.
10. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Swiss authority:
